In my International Advertising class this semester, we were tasked with choosing a brand and expanding it from its home country into a new market. I selected Intimissimi, part of the Calzedonia Group, and developed a strategy for its expansion from Italy into Japan. The concept focuses on translating the brand’s identity of elegance and femininity into a more subtle, culturally aligned expression suited to the Japanese market.
